	Mandela Court, a luxury apartment suit, received a tremendous enhancement from our professional and managing services. Everything from telephone service, outsourcing maintenance work like plumbing and electrical, and even security services, we provided for an gracious low cost. We even provided a professional and convenient doorbell service and developed a state of the website.

The Challenge

Seeking to establish a Luxury Apartment Hotel, Mandela Court faced some financial, technical and business challenges. Firstly they were faced with financial constraints which made it seem almost impossible to attain their goal. Secondly, the location of the hotel was that section of the country where there is an already high concentration of hotels meaning that there will be allot of competition for business. He would therefore need to be able to effectively compete with all these already established hotels, and be successful. Thirdly, Mandela Court lacked technical expertise, but realized that it must seek to utilize technology to the fullest in order to maximize it's business potential. With all of this in mind, Mandela Court contacted Ameltek for assistance.

Our Solution

Realizing the potential of this project, Ameltek’s pioneering team analysed the problem and devised a solution. In this solution we provided services to Mandela Court which would give it a competitive advantage. In this solution we offered, VoIP telephone with free Telephone calls to the US and UK through our dedicated line and security through the implementation of surveillance cameras and a door phone to allow residents to allow identified persons in to see them. We also provided networking services to provide internet access throughout the building. We then developed a website for Mandela Court through which potential residents can see the services offered and make reservations. Finally we organized the entire opening of the hotel and agreed upon a managed services package to assists in the day to day operations of the Hotel.

Their Result

Mandela Court is now up on its feet and has started operations. Even before the official operations began, we were able to acquire potential customers who are now experiencing our awesome services. Despite the terrible global economic downturn, Mandela Court is still doing reasonably well and has pledged to work with Ameltek for future projects.
