The ChallengeIdeal bakery had an existing network and e-mail system but experienced problems relating to the proper functioning of their existing system. Individual computer systems were problematic and would occasionally become a problem in the day to day functioning of the business. Additionally, the main server was also problematic. Ideal Bakery then turned to Ameltek to provide the necessary solution.
Our SolutionAmeltek visited the place of business, observed the functioning of the system, identified problems and developed the appropriate solutions. The team worked on the individual computer systems and performed the appropriate repairs and/or optimizations. The network was reconfigured to allow for greater uptime and reliability. The server was also reconfigured and the use of virtual machines was introduced to more efficient functionality and easier problem detection and resolution. Therefore the email system was also reconfigured as well to provide better service. We provided a VoIP telephone system to improve business communication in a cost effective manner and finally offered our IT Support Service to handle any technical issues that may arise in the future.

With improved networking and telephony, information flow has been improved to aid in the decision making process in a timely fashion.
